The company was founded to address the growing need for reliable and efficient corporate employee transportation. Started with just a Maruti Omini and today, Megha Travel Solutions operate with around 950 fleet of its own vehicles and boasts of serving major corporate companies based out of Bangalore.

Real Estate
To meet the rapidly growing demand for residential housing in Bengaluru, Megha Group ventured into real estate in 2014, positioning itself as a comprehensive solution provider for evolving urban living needs. Its journey began with Megha Maanay, a thoughtfully developed residential apartment complex located on Uttarahalli Main Road. Building on this foundation, the group expanded its portfolio with Megha Vistaara, a premium plotted development that reflects its commitment to quality and sustainable growth.

Auto Electric
As the demand for electric buses in public transport reached unprecedented levels, and with the Make in India initiative by Government of India accelerating domestic manufacturing, Megha Group identified a strategic opportunity in this fast-evolving sector. Capitalizing on this momentum, the group ventured into electric mobility, and in 2026, established its Auto Electric Bus Assembly Line in Bengaluru, marking a significant step towards supporting sustainable transportation and strengthening India’s clean mobility ecosystem.
